Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason. If 14 days have passed since you received your goods, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund. 

To be eligible for a return and a full refund (not including delivery costs), your item must be in the same, original condition that you received it, unworn or unused and including any accessories, paperwork, user manuals, service papers and boxes. Otherwise we are entiteled to refuse the return or refund a lower amount. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

You are responsible for the return postage (including any costs and risks), the packaging and insurance. All items must be shipped using an online trackable shipping service, fully insured and very well packed. 

To start a return, you must contact us at specialtimervintage@gmail.com or use our contact form. If your return is accepted, you then have 7 days to return your item. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Kossuth Lajos utca 58. 1. ajtó, 1211 Budapest, Hungary.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us via email.

Exchanges

We are not able to offer exchanges due to the unique nature of our items. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
